ITVX (UK) Confirms Premiere Date for C*A*U*G*H*T Starring Matthew Fox

The six-part limited series C*A*U*G*H*T  now has a confirmed release on ITVX starting Sunday, June 1st.

Created by Kick Gurry, C*A*U*G*H*T  follows four Australian soldiers sent on a covert mission to the fictional war-torn island of Behati-Prinsloo. Mistaken for Americans and captured by local rebels, the soldiers are swiftly disowned by their own government. With no rescue in sight, they do the unthinkable: produce a hostage video that accidentally goes viral.

As their unexpected rise to online fame takes over, the show dives headfirst into the absurdities of modern celebrity culture, social media addiction, and the 24-hour news cycle — all with a sharp comedic edge.

Matthew Fox joins an all-star cast including Sean Penn, Kick Gurry, Bryan Brown, and Rebecca Breeds, marking yet another unconventional and self-aware role in his post-Lost career.
